Rescheduling: Occasionally, sessions may be postponed or rescheduled. Members will receive notice by email or dashboard update.
3. Memberships, Courses and Digital Products

Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Due to instant access, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment and Returns
Our physical products (such as stationary, apparel, and printed items) are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners, including Printful.
Each item is made to order, which means production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Because these products are custom printed, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, misprints, or shipping damage.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@connieriet.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it promptly through a replacement or refund.
