Mindset Coaching

If you are feeling stuck or lost in your life, career, and relationships, I can help.  I am here to help guild you and give you the tools and skills you need to change your life forever.  This is your journey and it will be up to you to apply the information I give and take action toward your goals. 


One-on-One coaching will begin with a FREE 30 min consultation to determine the areas in your life you want to focus on.  

We will work on crushing self-doubt and limiting beliefs that hold you back while focusing on a positive mindset to help you achieve your goals.

Many times we feel lost due to noise in our minds distracting us from our inner voice.  I work closely with you to quiet the chatter in the mind and get in tune with your authentic self to help align you with your true path.

You can expect to work together on 5 Simple Steps that will empower you.

  1. Empowering Beliefs - You can only achieve that which you believe.

  2. What Do You Want? - Get clear on whom you want to be, do, and WHY.

  3. Get A Plan - Create a road map that will get you to your goal.

  4. Courage - Find your inner lion to have the courage to make a change.

  5. Action - Nothing happens unless you take action.


Looking for more interaction than a speech to keep your group engaged?


From a room full of high school students to a conference center of people looking to better their life, every participant will receive a highly customized, interactive message.  Workshops are designed to be engaging and educational, with high audience participation.  Participants will use exercises and worksheets in order to deepen their learning and empower them to take action that impacts their lives in a positive way.


Typical workshops range from 60-90min.

Group Coaching

Do you have a small group of like-minded people, striving for the same common goal?


Group coaching is the most affordable way to go.  The more like-minded people you get together who are all striving toward a common goal, the more the group benefits. "Two heads are better than one." applies here.  You will not only gain the benefit of input from the coach but also from the others in the group.  Group coaching sparks a firestorm of creativity. When you work with others you are sharing ideas and gaining additional perspectives.  


Group coaching would be well suited for any like-minding individuals, such as:

  • Youth group

  • Small business team

  • Women' empowerment group

  • Sports team

  • Church group

  • College student group


Group coaching will begin with a FREE 30 min consultation with the head of the group to establish the main points of focus. (This is only if necessary, not all groups will require consultation.) 


Group sessions have a maximum of 8, a minimum of 3 people.  Sessions are 60 min, once a week, for 4 weeks. In addition to group coaching, each individual will receive two 30 min. private coaching.


Group sessions will be tailored to the specific needs of the group.  Examples of topics that could be addressed are: 

  • Mindset

  • Limiting Beliefs

  • Tuning into your inner voice

  • Overcoming Self-doubt

  • Finding courage

  • Goal setting

  • Identifying personal and group goals

  • Self-worth is more than others' opinions

  • Self-empowerment

Positive Mindset

Most people are held back by their limiting beliefs.  It doesn't matter how many goals you set if you don't believe you can achieve them you never will. A positive mindset is a key to obtaining your goals. Once you identify the negative beliefs holding you back you can then replace them with empowering beliefs that will propel you toward your goals.

What Do You Want?

What do you want? If you don't know the target you are aiming at, you will never hit it.  Create alignment with your authentic self by tuning in to your inner voice. Quiet the chatter in your mind and listen to your inner voice guide you on your true path. A vision of whom you want to become, what career you want,  what kind of relationships you want to have, and the ideal health you are striving for is the end goals to which you frame your life around.

Get A Plan

Just like using a road map to get from point A to point B,  you need a plan of action to reach your goals.  Without a plan, you will waste time, lose focus, and eventually give up on your dreams.  A solid plan will help you take steps toward your ideal life goals.


It takes courage to change, to try something new.  It takes bravery to overcome self-doubt.  To change is to put one's self out there, to show up, and to take a leap of faith. You have the courage within you to take the steps needed for you to achieve your goals.

Take Action

How do you change your life and achieve your dreams? By taking one step at a time. Nothing happens without massive action.  Without action, your dreams will remain dreams.  Dreams only become reality when you take action toward them.
